Q2: How do I know these products really work?
A2: The Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Care System is backed by the reputation of Dr. R. Martin Earles, MD, one of the country’s premier dermatologists. Q3: How often do I have to use the system?
A3: We recommend that you apply the Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Treatment at least every other day. Use the Dr. Earles Revitalizing Shampoo with the normal frequency that you wash your hair.

Q4: Do I have to change my regular shampoo routine?
A4: There is no need for change your regular shampoo routine, or use any additional shampoo.

Q5: I have thin/fine hair. Will the system work for me?
A5: Yes. The system is designed to fight dandruff for all different hair types. If you have very fine hair and find that the Treatment weighs your hair down, we recommend that you apply it at night and wash it out in the morning

Q6: I have coarse/kinky hair. Will the system work for me?
A6: Yes. The system is designed to fight dandruff for all different hair types. If you have very coarse hair, you should probably apply the treatment everyday.

Q7: I have braids/extensions. Will the system work for me?
A7: Yes. The system is designed to fight dandruff for all different hair styles. If you have braids, locks or extensions, we recommend that you use the applicator to make sure the Treatment penetrates past the hair, all the way to the scalp.

Q8: My scalp is very dry. How will the system help me?
A8: The Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Treatment seals in moisture while fighting problem scalp conditions. Once the conditions are under control, the scalp will return to its normal moisture.

Q9: My scalp is very oily. How will the system help me?
A9: The Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Care System will help bring the oil-producing glands back under control, restoring the scalp’s oil content to its normal level.

Q10: Can I use the system on my child?
A10: Yes. The System is perfectly safe for children.

Q11: My hair is falling out. Will the system grow my hair back?
A11: The System does not grow hair. If your hair has stopped growing or fallen out because your scalp is unhealthy, the System will heal your scalp and allow your hair to grow back, but it won’t grow new hair.

Q12: What do the products smell like? Do they have a medicated/medicinal smell?
A12: The products have a light, therapeutic fragrance. They are scented with the essences of lavender, lemon and jasmine.

Q13: Is Dr. Earles a real doctor?
A13: Yes. Dr. R. Martin Earles, MD, is a licensed, practicing dermatologist with nearly 30 years experience in general, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. He is considered an international authority in hair and scalp care.

Q15: How can I make an appointment to see Dr. Earles?
A15: If you would like to see Dr. Earles in person, you can call his office and one of his staff members will set up an appointment with you. The office currently accepts BlueCross BlueShield PPO insurance plans.

Q16: Can I talk to Dr. Earles about the products/my specific condition?
A16: Currently, the only way to talk to Dr. Earles in person is to make an appointment to see him at his office. However, if you have specific questions about the products beyond our available information, please leave a message with the Dr. Earles Customer Service Center and someone from the Company will contact you soon after that.

Q17: If I stop using the system, will my dandruff come back? Why?
A17: Yes. Dandruff is essentially a hormonal issue, and while it can be controlled, it doesn’t completely go away. Dandruff only stops as you age and the hormones that stimulate the glands beneath your scalp become less active.

Q18: Will I be able to use these products with what I currently use?
A18: Yes. Dr. Earles’ products will not interfere with your normal grooming routine.

Q19: If I wear the Treatment at night, should I worry about it bleaching/discoloring my sheets?
A19: No. The compounds in the Treatment and Shampoo will not discolor fabric.

Q20: Can I use one product without the other?
A20: Yes. You can use the products in combination or by themselves. Currently, we only sell the products as a combination, but we are working to supply them individually.

Q22: Can I order the products individually?

Q26: Do I need to use a conditioner? Does Dr. Earles sell a conditioner?
A26: No. The Dr. Earles Shampoo is a deep cleansing and conditioning shampoo, however, if there is a specific conditioner that you like to use it is safe to use your normal conditioner with the Dr. Earles' products. Dr. Earles does not currently sell a conditioner because the Dr. Earles shampoo also conditions the hair.
