Dr. R. Martin Earles, MD is Dr. Earles, LLC’s Chairman and head of product development. He has published extensively in the areas of general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and in 1997, was awarded patents on a system for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, of which the Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Care System are comprised. His medical practice ranks as one of the most successful in Chicago, boasting a patient base of over 20,000. He is regarded as an international authority in hair and scalp care, pioneering several surgical techniques that address various scalp care issues.

With nearly 20,000 active patients, Dr. Earles is often booked for weeks in advance, so please be patient with the staff, who will do their best to arrange the most convenient time. Focusing on Scalp Care
The company’s core competencies revolve around Dr. R. Martin Earles, M.D.’s experience with problematic hair and scalp issues. The Products
The Dr. Earles Hair and Scalp Care System™ combines both leave-in and wash-out techniques in its approach to treating dandruff and related conditions. The primary product, Dr. Earles’ Hair and Scalp Treatment is a cream, packaged in a 2 oz. jar, which is massaged directly into the scalp. The light, non-intrusive texture of the cream allows for its application into the scalp without disturbing the client’s hair style or washing routine. Throughout the course of the day (or evening, if the client prefers to use the product overnight), the Treatment seals in moisture, while releasing anti-dandruff medication into the scalp. Dr. Earles’ Cleansing Shampoo, for use with the Hair and Scalp Treatment, revitalizes the scalp by simultaneously fighting dandruff and replenishing the hair with needed essentials.
Dandruff is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic phenomenon, which is said to affect over 50% of
American households. An estimated 70% of all Americans will be affected by dandruff at some

Dr. Earles, LLC: Overview and Management
Formed in 2001, Dr. Earles, LLC is a manufacturer of hair, skin, and scalp care products. Newly reorganized from the manufacturing arm of the medical practice of Dr. R. Martin Earles, M.D., Dr. Earles, LLC is a separate legal entity from the doctor’s practice. It provides no medical services and generates revenue by distributing over-the-counter dermatological products. Controlling interest in the Limited Liability Company is held by Dr. R. Martin Earles, MD, the company’s Chairman. Robert Earles, the Company’s President and CEO, serves as the Company’s full-time manager. Support management is provided by Dr. R. Martin Earles, M.D., Chairman; Brian Johnson, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; Christopher Moore, Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Jerron Redrick, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Brian Welburn, Marketing Director, provides sales and marketing support.
